The Info & Diagnostics card shows your clock's identifying details and gives access to support and reset tools.
Device Information
Section titled “Device Information”- Model, Serial Number, Hardware Version, Firmware Version: Identifies your clock – have these on hand when contacting support.
Advanced Tools
Section titled “Advanced Tools”Click Show Advanced to reveal further options:
- System Reset: Restarts the clock without changing your settings.
- System Reset & Clear Settings: Restarts the clock and restores factory default settings.
- Download Event Log / Clear Event Log: Export a log of recent device events for troubleshooting with NIX labs support.
